To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Share, redistribute, or commercialize our educational content without authorization

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Satoshi Institute Inc. or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Educational content, courses, and materials
• Simulation tools and methodologies
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Research, data, and analytics

You may use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees as specified. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

EU/UK Consumer Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive or Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you have requested that services begin during the cooling-off period and subsequently cancel, you may be required to pay for the services already provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Satoshi Institute Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our services
• Actions taken based on our educational content
• Third-party content or services integrated with our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Note for EU/UK consumers: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are waived.

EU/UK Consumer Exception: If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, this arbitration clause does not affect your statutory rights. You retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and to access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Canadian Consumer Exception: If you are a consumer in Canada, this clause does not prevent you from pursuing remedies available under provincial consumer protection legislation.
